  • All service fees are non-refundable once the project has started or work has been delivered.
  • Refunds may only be issued at our discretion in limited cases, such as overpayment or billing errors.
  • Partial refunds may be considered if the project has been partially completed, based on work already delivered.


3. Refund Requests

To request a refund, you must:

  2. Provide payment details and reason for the request.
  3. Allow up to 14 business days for review and response.

4. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction due to subjective reasons after project delivery
  • Delays caused by client-side issues (e.g., late content, approvals, or feedback)
  • Services delivered according to agreed scope or contract

5. Payment Processor Notes

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or Square.
  • Refunds issued by Fedilty Soft Solutions will be processed via the same payment method used.
